Please start thinking and reflecting about and tracking the following 5 things below.

Write them down in your journal or notes. During the last week of our class, we will provide you with a form to submit your answers.

  1. 7-day Nutrition Log.

  • For 7 days, track what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

  • Track what time you eat each meal/snack.

  • Think about your food choices and how they may affect your performance.

  1. 7-day Training Log.

  • For seven days, track your on- and off-ice training. What are you doing each day to get better? If you’re not a hockey player, please track your training log for the activity you participate in.

  1. What is your big goal that you want to achieve within the next 6 months?

  2. What are 3 things you can do to help you reach that goal?

  3. Every team and organization needs strong leaders. What are 3 leadership qualities that you want to bring to your team?

For now... just reflect on the above and start journaling your nutrition and training log. When you have completed your project, you can submit it here using this form: https://form.jotform.com/241264633021142 We will remind you towards the end of the course as well.
